How long will it take to get my results?
Your results will be available to you within 24 hours of your sample's arrival at the lab, accessible through the Flow Health portal.
Is your test FDA approved?
Our test, developed and its performance characteristics determined by Flow Health Laboratories, LLC, has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
What does your test report look like?

What specimens do you collect for your test panels?
All our panels need a Phlebotomist-collected EDTA Lavender top tube and an Oropharyngeal (Throat) Swab. You're also required to self-collect your urine specimen and rectal swab.
Can I cancel a test I purchased?
Absolutely. Email us at cs@flowhealth.com to request a refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.
How accurate is your test?
Our STI panel boasts a 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity for the target pathogens.

What are your business hours?
We are open at our West Valley location 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
